Each exhibit space.....................$500 (one
6’ table, 2 chairs, and a paper drape)
- Exhibitors cannot use existing walls or ceilings for display purposes.
All rear walls of each exhibit must be freestanding and no higher than six
feet. Sidewalls of the exhibit must be no more than three feet high and
they should not interfere with the direct visibility of adjoining
exhibits. Exhibitors must supply their own equipment, wiring and lights,
including extension cords. Exhibitors are responsible for packaging, labeling, addressing and
making shipping arrangements for their exhibits. OU and RCPL will not assume responsibility for the safety of any
exhibits against damage or loss by fire, theft or by other means.
